Languages I speak
My first language is Finnish, so you can contact me if you need assistance in Finnish language. My first foreign language is English and I speak it fluently. I also speak Swedish, that happens to be my second foreign language and I know some basics of Swedish by now.
I think that by knowing Swedish, I can understand Norwegian language since they're mutually intelligible languages. And most Norwegian people know what you're trying to tell to them if they want to. Or that's what I've been told. ;-)
Currently I'm learning French and I'd love to learn Czech, Greek, Japanese or Polish. Or maybe all of those. Well...we'll see about that.
Don't ask to ask, just ask!
It's rather common to see someone telling another user on #mediawiki IRC channel to just ask their question rather than asking if they can ask. I employ the same "policy", if you can say so.
Please don't hesistate to ask for help! The ShoutWiki staff are here to help you! Editing wikis might not always be easy - and even if you'd be an experienced Wikipedia editor, we might still have some new features that you'd like to learn more about. That's why we are here. To help you and your community to grow even better.
