The word xenemet is refused by spam filter. In Hungarian, there are millions of words containing xenemet, for example "Minxenemet" = my everything, renxemet = my order, and so on. I wrote into Mediawiki:Spam-whitelist xenemet \bxenemet \bxenemet\b all that does not help, xenemet is refused (see page teszt1 on hu.right.shoutwiki.com)

How can I cause shoutwiki to accept the word xenemet? Thanks in advance. Please replace x by d in the error word in this message, I could not add the real word to this article

Same problem exists with the word Brxan. I have numerous articles with this word. Please replace x by y in the error word in this message, I could not add the real word to this article —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Vajna (talkcontribs) 21:19, 14 August 2015‎. I'm not sure why whitelisting didn't work, but I've removed the blocks on "denemet" and "Bryan" — there were some old, rather overzealous filters on those two words. You should now be able to create articles containing those words. --Jack PhoenixShoutWiki Staff (Contact) 08:17, 16 August 2015 (UTC)
Thank you. All the strings below do exist in my whitelist file. One day this works, the other day (usually) it does not.

Thas is my whitelist, that fails to work. I hope, you can either get it work, or exclude these from the black list:

anonym\.to
bleacherreport\.com
bobdylan\.com
bryan
denemet
dict\.leo\.org
docstoc\.com
encyclopediadramatica\.com
encyclopediadramatica\.se
fuckisrael\.org
isu\.org
judicial-inc\.biz
l24\.co
leo\.org
manta\.com
metapedia\.org
mondediplo\.com
purevolume\.com
scribd\.com
slideshare\.net
spotblog\.com
tblog\.com

Using a standard, non-staff user account, I managed to add a locally whitelisted URL just fine. It's worth noting that "bryan" and "denemet" are no longer blocked, and some of these blocks are actually outside our control, given that like many other MediaWiki instances out there, we're also using Wikimedia's spam blacklist in addition to our own, so whitelisting them locally is the only available option. --Jack PhoenixShoutWiki Staff (Contact) 20:27, 28 August 2015 (UTC)
I checked s:w:hu.right:User talk:Ashley. Lots of whitelisted url-s are still not accepted, here the present entries:
anonym.to
xleacherreport.com
xobdylan.com
bryan
denemet
xict.leo.org
xocstoc.com
encyclopediadramatica.com
encyclopediadramatica.se
fuckisrael.org
xsu.org
judicial-inc.biz
x24.co
leo.org
xanta.com
metapedia.org
xondediplo.com
xurevolume.com
xcribd.com
xlideshare.net
spoxblog.com
xblog.com
All starting with x are not accepted in the original form (see above), and also spoxblog.com is not accepted because of xblog.com (x -> t). The question is, why whitelisting fails on these? Vajna1 (talk) 19:00, 29 August 2015 (UTC)
They all seem to be working. It might have been a cache issue. Can you try again?--Cook879 ShoutWiki Staff talk 18:46, 31 August 2015 (UTC)
I checked right now. All errors are still there, nothing got better. :-( You could use xcribd.com (x-> s) at the next time to test, this is in many pages in my wiki. Vajna (talk) 19:32, 31 August 2015 (UTC)
I tried xcribd.com. Can you email us the contents of a page with this problem and I'll try that.--Cook879 ShoutWiki Staff talk 19:54, 31 August 2015 (UTC)
Interestingly I could not store this page containing xcribd.com (x->s), you edited previously. Maybe your rights allow to enter the filtered entries, but my ones do not. You could use s:w:hu.right:User talk:Ashley page with a user having my rights. Vajna (talk) 20:06, 31 August 2015 (UTC)
This account can bypass the spam filter - the one I tested with (User:Cook879bot) can't.--Cook879 ShoutWiki Staff talk 20:07, 31 August 2015 (UTC)
Please enter xcribd.com (x->s) into the s:w:hu.right:User talk:Ashley using (User:Cook879bot), and we will see. Vajna (talk) 20:11, 31 August 2015 (UTC)
Hmmm it works with http:// in front, but not without. Weird....--Cook879 ShoutWiki Staff talk 20:22, 31 August 2015 (UTC)
I work with linux
Linux en-desktop 3.13.0-24-generic #46-Ubuntu SMP Thu Apr 10 19:08:14 UTC 2014 i686 i686 i686 GNU/Linux
and firefox version 34.0
I am not able to enter an url with http:// in front, the url line automatically deletes http:// or https://.
I am not able to enter filtered strings.
I entered the articles using api, I added there http, however pages containing the filtered strings were refused to enter.
