Hi, I recently moved to shoutwiki. I also remapped out domainname: www.biblicalweblinks.com to biblicalweblinks.shoutwiki.com . However, when opening the default www.biblicalweblinks.com I get redirected to http://biblicalweblinks.shoutwiki.com/wiki/About . This is not ideal. Can I keep it from redirecting to shoutwiki's subdomain? I tried editing the mainpage to no avail.

Also, I noticed that my user/admin editor account does not work on the main domainname www.biblicalweblinks.com . Registering another account, did not even work.

PS: I asked for permission to map the domain and followed the instructions on http://www.shoutwiki.com/wiki/Set_up_custom_domain

Hi, please could you email support@shoutwiki.com (Special:Contact) where the custom domain information was initially given to you. The technical support team who deal with these matters do not regularly check the forums, which is why there has been no reply for two days. I've updated the documentation to add an extra step that is to notify staff when the DNS records have been setup and I shall sort the wiki shortly. --Lewis Cawte (talk) ShoutWiki Staff 16:39, 29 June 2014 (UTC)
