I just ShoutWiki. However, I have no idea how to create templates and modules. Apparently, I can't import anything because I'm not staff or an intern. Is there any way in which I would be able to obtain templates and modules? I tried copy-pasting them straight from Wikipedia, but I don't think that really worked for modules, and I'm sure there's a simpler way. Arumdaum (talk) 02:18, 22 April 2017 (UTC)

Copy/paste would be the way to do a specific template or module. Modules require Lua, so you need to request to have it installed on your wiki. However, copying templates from Wikipedia can be problematic. Most Wikipedia templates are exceedingly complex, especially ones which use modules. You may have better luck looking back through a template's history to find the last version that did not use modules, then copy that one. You can also write your own templates. Help:Templates is available here for reference. The Help: page also lists several other sources you may find informative. --Saftzie (talk) 18:22, 22 April 2017 (UTC)
