Forum:Https pages are not working
Google site searches of Shoutwiki return https pages in the results.
In my Firefox browser any page with https://cannabis.shoutwiki.com in the URL gets sent to here:
Your connection is not secure The owner of cannabis.shoutwiki.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website. Learn more… Report errors like this to help Mozilla identify and block malicious sites
Then if I click the advanced button on that page I get this message:
cannabis.shoutwiki.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for blog.shoutwiki.com Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN
If I click the "add exception" link on that page, then I can look at https pages. Can the certificate be fixed so that people can use Google results with https Shoutwiki links? If so, please do so. --Timeshifter (talk) 16:45, 5 November 2017 (UTC)
- Proper HTTPS support is currently targeted for February 2018, see T131 on our Phabricator for details. --Jack Phoenix (Contact) 11:25, 6 November 2017 (UTC)
