Hi ShoutWiki![edit source]

Thanks for the welcome message. I suspect you are aware of it by now - you lost a competitor. Our former host wikkii.com disappeared quite exactly a week ago and so far has not shown any sign of life. After careful consideration we moved here and are glad to have a bit more of ads on the pages if only the system is healthy. And it all seems to be set up nicely. :o) "We" are me and two fellow researchers, and our wiki is about the unfolding events in Syria. Two of us are veteran wiki users and one was thrown into cold wiki water with this project, but is our main writer and a fast learner. We started in June over at the competitor because more than with most other topics, two completely different narratives about the events continued to appear in different parts of the news world, and that left us with major questions. Our task is to present both sides and go where the evidence leads, which we think has produced some interesting results already. Contributors are more than welcome to join us in taking A Closer Look On Syria. --CE (talk) 02:07, 3 November 2012 (UTC)

Hi CE. I've seen your wiki and I have to say it looks very interesting. As you set it up as a private wiki, there's no page here for it on the Hub like this. Would you like me set one up?--Cook879 ShoutWiki Staff talk 12:40, 3 November 2012 (UTC)
