ShoutWiki gives free wiki hosting (payed for by advertising) for internet groups to edit and use. ShoutWiki's content is available to anyone on the Internet for both entertainment and information.

Wow, does this mean content regulation on shoutwiki is left to, say, North Korea or Turkish lawmakers? :D May want to insert some reference to US law maybe? 80.214.145.17 17:57, 24 July 2017 (UTC)
