Help:Show preview
It's a good idea to use the "Show preview" and "Show changes" buttons to see what your edits will look like before you save them. This is also related to tracking changes because every time you save, this is displayed to others as a separate change. This isn't something to worry about too much, but it's good to get into the habit of eliminating mistakes in your own work by using a preview before saving, rather than saving several minor corrections afterwards.
How do I use the "Show preview" button?
Clicking the "show preview" button will display a copy of the page as it will looking upon saving and an edit box below. You can preview the page as many times as you like, until you are satisfied with its look. Click "Save page" to save your edits to the database.
You will also see a preview of your edit summary underneath the edit summary box.
How do I use the "Show changes" button?
The "Show changes" button displays and highlights the differences between your version and the last saved version. Click "Save page" after showing the changes to save your edits to the database.
